IP Ltd were known to Audley as we give personal advice to their Directors. After losing some key staff to their competitors, we suggested revising and improving their employee benefits package as a way of attracting and retaining talent. We recommended an improved company pension scheme which also saved the company corporation tax and national insurance. We also sourced a competitive private medical insurance scheme which was open to staff and their partners. As part of our implementation service, we presented to all of their staff at their offices nationwide to improve understanding and the take up of the package.
